Mr. Peng Tianbin is an executive Director and Chairman of Chanhigh Holdings Limited, the general manager, director and legal representative of Chanhigh Holding Group Limited. He was previously vice general manager of Zhejiang Chanhigh Construction Limited, Chairman of Chanhigh Holding Group Limited. Mr. Peng obtained a diploma in computer application (計算機應用) and is an engineer (municipal works) (工程師（市政）). He joined the Group in 2001.

Mr. Peng Yonghui （彭永輝）：an Executive Director and the Chief Executive Officer of

Mr. Peng Yonghui is an executive Director and the chief executive officer of Chanhigh Holdings Limited,and was appointed by Tsinghua University School of Economics and Management as an alumni entrepreneur mentor in August 2018. Mr. Peng obtained a diploma in highways and urban roads engineering from Changsha University of Science and Technology (長沙理工大學), and a degree in civil engineering from Wuhan University of Technology (武漢理工大學) through an online course,and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Tsinghua University. He is an senior engineer and a senior economist. He joined the Group in 2004.

Mr. Peng Daosheng （彭道生）: an Executive Director of Chanhigh Holdings Limited

Mr. Peng Daosheng is an executive Director of Chanhigh Holdings Limited, the director and legal representative of Zhejiang Chanhigh Construction Limited. He is the founder of the Group. In 2001, he established Zhejiang Chanhigh Construction Limited and acted as the general manager. In 2005, Chanhigh Holding Group Limited was established and Mr. Peng was its president. Mr. Peng obtained a Bachelor’s diploma of civil engineering from Changsha University of Science & Technology (長沙理工大學))and is a senior economist.

Ms. Wang Sufen （王素芬）: a Non-Executive Director of Chanhigh Holdings Limited

Ms. Wang Sufen was appointed as a non-executive Director of Chanhigh Holdings Limited in March 2017, is the legal representative and general manager of Ningbo Yinzhou Tianbin Trading Limited.

Mr. Shi Weixing （施衛星）: an Independent Non-Executive Director of Chanhigh Holding

Mr. Shi Weixing was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of Chanhigh Holdings Limited in March 2017. He is a professor at Tongji University. Mr. Shi graduated from Tongji University (同濟大學) with a Bachelor’s degree in architecture (structural engineering). He also holds a Master’s degree in structural engineering and a doctorate degree in engineering.

Mr. Yang Zhongkai （楊仲凱）: an Independent Non-Executive Director of Chanhigh Holdi

Mr. Yang Zhongkai was appointed as an independent non-executive Director of Chanhigh Holdings Limited in March 2017. He is currently the Chairman of partners conference (合夥人會議主席) of King & Ray Law Firm (天津君輝律師事務所). He holds a Master’s diploma in Political Economy (Politics and Economic Management) (政治經濟學(經濟與政治管理)) from Tianjin Normal University(天津師範大學),and Executive Master of Business Administration from Tsinghua University. Mr. Yang obtained a Master of Arts (International Relations in Economy and Trade) from Flinders University through one of its offshore programs.
